I am trying to figure out how I feel about this. A 15 year old boy ran away from home after his father took away his Xbox game. He was missing classes and withdrawn from family and friends.
I realize how important friendships are that are foraged online, but these are our children. And school and home and bicycles and tree climbing cannot be forgone for online activities. And Microsoft jumping in? Commendable? I hope so.
